Bought two days ago, when I set it up, the back fan panel was a treated cardboard rather than a metal plate, the fridge really looks unfinished. For the price paid on a Whirlpool appliance, I would think the back vent (fan) panel would be better material

I purchased this 1 month ago. It's very loud. I woke up one night hearing water dripping. It was the refrigerator defrosting? Not sure, called whirlpool and they said they would send someone out on Dec 13 between 12-4. I took half a day off work to be here and nobody showed up...... That was yesterday.......

I bought this machine because it does not have an ice maker. It runs quietly and so far has kept the temperature exactly. I like the 3 food bins and where the lights have been placed. I am very happy with this appliance.

It may be a bit early for a meaningful review, since the last one lasted 20 years, but we've had it for 30 days and, so far, it's doing what we expect.It's hard to rate it higher than three stars, because while it meets expectations it can't exceed expectations so early in the game.My expectations include keeping things appropriately cold and not spilling defrost water on the floor. It clearly works better than the old reefer that this one replaces.
