The cook top of range,after a few uses, has marks on it that will not come off. Tried all measures and cleaners and the marks are still there!

We got this last October 17th, We noticed, at first, that the stove top heated up faster than the other electric stove we had. We b aked two pies in the stove a couple of days ago and it baked them better than any other stove we've had

It seems to work ok except the convection mode cycles on and off every 20 seconds??? I tried cooking something with it and finally gave up and just used the normal oven, which worked well. The burners are slow to heat, if you are trying to boil something. The oven does smoke when used the first time. In the instructions it refers to the start button. There in nothing labeled start. ?

I bought it few wks ago and I wish I hadn't. I HATE the stovetop. When dumping cooked pasta in the pan a little bit of water off the pasta splashed on the burner. I tried to wipe it off without getting burnt, then sprayed & wiped it after it cooled. As you can see it left a burnt (brown) mark on it . So yes I regret the money wasted on this stove.
