We bought this range a month ago and am sorry we did. The quality is nowhere near what we expected from Whirlpool! It sounds tinny, the buzzers are so low you need to be in the same room to hear them. The drawer is so cheaply made and is smaller than the last one we had, you need to be careful of the way you pull it open!

I bought this stove for my mother. I did not notice that after they delivered (about 30 minutes later) the plastic had a scratch behind the door handle. I called immediately and Whirlpool told me I could have $125.00 back or a new stove. At first I ordered the new stove, but my mother was happy with the scratch so I took the $125.00. Whirlpool was excellent in handling this matter.
