LOVE MY NEW MICROWAVE, BUT IT OFTEN FREEZES UP. SIMPLE FIX, REOPEN THE DOOR AND CLOSE, BUT REALLY, SHOULD THIS BE NECESSARY?

I love this microwave. Drives my wife crazy because I get notified on my phone, even while at work, when it's been used. I use to call her and ask what she was cooking lol

Bought this is May of 2019 from lowes. The screen locks up and we have to power down and back up every time this happens. Also press timer and unit runs but timer does not go down. we are afraid to walk away thinking the unit may not shut down so we have to stand there and wait to make sure. What a poor design.
