The microwave worked great until my husband was cooking something when he heard the microwave make a strange noise and see sparks inside of microwave. Called Whirlpool and they said not to use it since we had it sparked and burnt the microwave. Whirlpool just wants to paint the burn spots. Don't feel safe using it when it already caused damage to the microwave. Luckily my husband was able to react fast enough to put it out. We have a Whirlpool Microwave Hood Combination model wmh32519cw-2. What good is a warranty if they make defective products where they are aware of the microwave does cause sparks.

This is a replacement for the unit that was 10 years old. Missing some of the features of the previous model I had but it fit well in the space and works great.

Whirlpool Gold brings it home!

Purchased with the matching gas range. Works perfectly! Also has a sensor when the heat from the range gets to a certain temp, the fan automatically turns on and then when range has cooled, it turns off. I appreciate the stacked shelf allowing for more items to cook/warm at one time. Only thing I would change is the sound of the beeps but other than that, it's a keeper!
