I bought this microwave a month ago and it is has worked well. Plus it was easy to install. I boughtthis brand because the last two microwaves I had, the door handle and door cracked. So this one seemed like a sturdier door handle and door. We shall see if it truly holds up! So far so good.

I like the oven but I cannot figure how to use the features. The owners manual is no help and your customer service could not tell me how to warm my coffee or how to defrost one raw hamburger Pattie. Please help..
