I puchased this item about 2 months ago, I can say that it has worked quite well. I actually had to turn down the how cool the fridge gets from what they recommended because things were getting to cold. Otherwise this has been an excellent purchase.

I selected this as a second refrigerator because the layout seemed the most efficient of the brands I looked at. It's been in my house 3 weeks, and the cooling isn't right. The refrigerator holds temp, but the freezer doesn't. As a backup, the doors don't get opened very often, so it isn't that it's being opened and closed frequently. The repair guy has been here once to use a hair dryer on the door seal, but there is still ice build up around the door and on the roof of the freezer, and there is frost on the food in the freezer. I have another call in to the repair service to see what to do next. The design is good, but that doesn't really matter if it doesn't cool properly.

Refrigerator delivered with broken fan. Fridge temp only got down to 63°. Still trying to get it fixed.

My refrigerator stopped working after a power outage. I contacted my local appliance dealer and they delivered the new unit to me the same day! It looks very nice with my other appliances.
