This is not my favorite frige that I have owned. It is attractive. However, there are not enough shelves in the freezer. I thought there had been an oversight with delivery and I called Whirlpool only to find out there were no more shelves. Also, the water is not chilled when coming from dispenser as I had thought when I purchased it.

A friend bought 2 of this model - so I knew this was the model I wanted. Very Pleased with the Fridge. I especially like the the layout of the Interior. Unit runs quietly. Biggest shortcoming is Whirlpool doesn't INCLUDE enough glass shelves in the Freezer. You will DEFINETELY want one, or possibly two more shelves. Second complaint is the LED bulb which has been moved to the Right Rear of the Refrigerator compartment- it glares right in your eyes. Previous version of this model had smaller dual bulbs mounted on the top of the fridge facing downward. Current location might save space - but surely Whitlpool ought to be able to reduce the bulb glare with a more effective diffuser. Very satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend this Unit. Design, size, style, and features are very nice for the price. Lastly, my refrigerator is White. Wish the Control Panel on the Door Dispenser was White rather than Black.

We are very happy with this fridge. It is essentially the exact same model we had only it's 20 years newer and counter depth. My only complaint is with the lower-level light bulb covers in both the fridge and freezer. They are too big and take up too much space. There needs to be another way to do it. We took the one out of the freezer. Otherwise, it is a great appliance.
