I have had this machine for two years and had no mechanical problem. One thing that irritates me is the time. It says 60 minutes, then takes way longer. The dryer and washer timers suck because they are not accurate. I have only used HE liquid detergent, so I have never had residue left on my clothes. It is very good to me.

The washer came with the house. Our entire house has Frigidaire appliances, and they are all falling apart after just 1 year! Ridiculous! The washer hardly wets the clothes when it's set to auto fill, so I always have to set it to max to make sure there will be enough water. It's such a small washer that any other water level is just stiupid, unless you're washing 2 shirts. The clothes don't get clean, and hardly move around. It keeps breaking which leaves me with out a working washer for weeks!! The repair man comes several days after calling, never has the part, takes several days to order the part, you have to wait for the part to come in before you are allowed to schedule him to come back out, and then it takes several more days for him to come back out once the part comes in. Then it just breaks again several days later! If I could give this washer zero stars, I would.

If you want a washing machine that leaves white stains all over your clothes and breaks right after your warranty expires this is the machine for you

We purchased this washer and were just able to hook it up. Have used this just week and the washer never spins right. I have to run them through another spin cycle, which when you do that the washer is cockeyed and it leaks. The service man came said he balanced the washer and fixed a few springs that seemed to be loose from shipping. He also said that cement floor they were on wasn't level..well we moved the washer out and put the level on the floor and it was as level as it can be. A horrible washer and would never recommend this to anyone else.

This is the worst clothes washer I've ever purchased. Leaves white residue on clothing, or just doesn't clean them at all. Frequently having to re-wash items. I'll NEVER purchase another Frigidaire product.
