got this 8-10 years ago have not had clean clothes since. clothes always coated with white something. when Ive asked for help all I hear is use tub clean. I do tub clean every 3 weeks as doing once a month doesnt work but doing every 3 weeks really not efficient either. I not only do tub clean but I clean it by hand after every 2 loads. waiting for it to break so I can get a washer that works. The only reason my husband insisted on this one is the smallest one he could find since we had limited space.

I bought this as a set and I have loved it. I had it for 9 years and my husband keeps having to stress this to me. I am sad to see it has been discontinued.

We purchased this product through a dealer that closed its shorter in the Chicago area. We had no choice except to call LG service. My wife and I are 72 years old and I have Parkinsons Disease. One day recently the washer would not drain and we received an error message of OE we called LG and we gave the the model number. But they wanted the serial number. The person my wife spoke with did not understand that we were older and disabled and couldnt move the washer to get the serial number. We wound up purchasing a new washer from a local retailer Abt Applances who provides outstanding customer service and wil be there if we ever need service again.

I bought this washer 2 years ago Im happy with its washing function but not the quality of the structure . The hinge on my top loading lid is already cracked

Had repairmen out 2 times in the three years we owed it. Extended warranty just expired and its broken again. For extra frustration it broke with the lid locked and a load of clothing in it. 2nd repairmen told me it was garbage and Id be lucky to get 3 years out of it. I will NEVER abut LG again.
