Ive had this washer for a while now I am so happy I purchased it. I always wanted this newer style machine yet quality and efficiency played a big part into why I made this purchase. One of the best investments Ive ever made. Simple to use cleans the clothes very well. And its beautiful to look at as well very please to the eyes. So its a win win for myself and my family.

It is the worst washing machine I have ever owned. After just a few loads I have to drain it which is a pain since the drain is at the bottom. I will not purchase a front loader again because nobody ever said you have to drain the water every few days. This style and brand was recommended by the Home Depot sales person obviously they never owned one. I will never buy an LG again.

Ill never buy another LG appliance again. This machine gave me nothing but problems. Try to get someone to fix it was a joke. The letters on the panel also wore out after 6 months and I was told its not covered and I couldnt get a new panel so we had to guess what was written on it. I had so many issues with this machine. I finally tossed it out and bought a new one and its not an LG
