I am trying to get simple shipping bolts for the washing machine. Your website is horrible. I tried a simple search for the product and the shipping bolts and nothing.

We bought this unit about 8 years ago and have put up with it long enough. The incredibly loud hammer noise when the water fills we are concerned damages our pipes. Worse is the incredible mold build up on the rubber gasket and the bad smell coming from within the dryer AND the clothes thereafter. Even while using Alfresh. I see other similar reviews and yet they somehow have 5 stars. Is LG changing the star rating on these???? If so that would be false and misleading advertising/misrepresentation. Well see if this review stars get changed from the 2 stars that this deserves.

this washer has a large capacity which is nice and worked great for the years i had it. the last year i had it the motor went out which was replaced but then subsequently had another issue with it draining and the motor went out again. at that point it was no longer under warranty and the out of pocket didnt make any sense. it gave me 6 good years.

This dryer is okay. It does its job but not perfectly and not efficiently sometimes not at all. The features are there but dont work 100 of the time. There are times where I open the machine only to find that my clothes are still wet.
