I had a load of clothes in my washer and it would not spin enough to put the clothes in the dryer. The water would not drain. The agent that helped me that was so kind and patient. She sent me a set of instructions telling me how to drain the water from the washer then clean the filter. I did it and it worked right away. It saved me money from having a repair person to come and do this. THANKS TO THIS AGENT

Ive had this for about 7 years now and I have been mostly happy with it. Its a little tricky to keep the rubber door liner clean: you need to be diligent about running the tub clean regularly and wipe around that door opening I did need to have the drain pump replaced recently but this was an inexpensive repair.

I love my new LG washer . When Im washing clothes you cant even hear the washer running. Im enjoying it . Best washer by far

I will not recommend LG products to anyone I am still waiting for parts to fix my washer for over 2 two months. The company trying to do the repairs are nice enough to call and keep me informed.
