Off balance even after leveling and not clean well

I bought this front loading machine about 4 years ago and am horribly dissatisfied with it. It has been off balance since the day we bought it. Nothing helps. We have moved and did use the stabling brackets and just set it up again and it walked it self 10" in one cycle with a medium size load. Also makes a low hum if power when not in use, it drives me nuts. The machine may be built like a tank but it also does a bad job of cleaning, I may have to wash some bigger items 2 or 3 times to get them close to clean before I give up. My previous whirlpool did a much better job in one cycle. If I could go back in time I would have never bought this machine.
