We have had this dryer for 3.5 years. After the first year, we began having issues with loud dryer and not properly drying. I’ve had it serviced 4 times for same reason. It works well for a few months after service then starts again. So frustrating since warranty is up and now I have to pay for the service. I expected a much better product from Electrolux.

Dryer worked well for 56 days then noticed it wouldn’t run without restarting it a couple of times. Then the drum froze up and it was completely inoperable.

We’ve been using this for two months now and we love it. Our clothes are gently dried, not over dried, but always dry. The wrinkle reducing factors and the perfect steam are a wonderful way to reduce our ironing load as well, and I love that it’s so big. Finally, the Electrolux warrantee for the first year was so good that we saved quite a bit of money by not having to purchase a warranty through the store where we purchased it.. So glad we have this dryer!
