Bought this dishwasher 3 years ago. Features we liked: Inside controls, options for drawers, silverware tray. Issues: It no longer cleans well. Food still stuck to dishes. We clean everything routinely inside, including the bottom filters and screens. There are only 2 people in our household. I can't imagine how long it would last with a larger family and inceased use. It is a discontinued product. I know why now.

You don't always get what you pay for!

I bought this dishwasher June 2015 along with all my other appliances and it didnt make it 2 years. It was a piece of junk by May 2017. After two years of hand washing dishes, I finally went to look for a new one. At this point after being told by a Best Buy employee that they just started back really carrying Frigidaire, due past product issues, I am still leary of another Frigidare purchase. If I didn't want my appliances to match, because I'd like for it to be ready for when I decide to sale my house, I wouldn't consider a Frigidare! Wasn't even worth the $700 bundle sale price!

We bought this as part of a group(microwave, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher) because of the smudgeproof finish adn teh Frigidaire name. While it is very quiet, another reason for getting this one, many times after the cleaning cycle has fisnished, we noticed the detergent door did not open and thus the dishes were not cleaned, so we had to run it another 145 minutes, What is causing this we dont know but it is a frustrating experience and we always wonder if the items will be clean when we open itor if we have to run it again.

I have had multiple problems with this model since I bought it two years ago. On some cycles, the cleaning process stops and an error code prevents it from continuing. You have to open the door and restart it. I have found a different cycle where the process doesn't stop, but it leaves food debris all over the dishes one side of dishwasher and also on the door. I always have to rewash many of the dishes.
