Installed in May, microwave works fine. Convection oven is still on a learning curve. Wants to shut itself off after it thinks your cooking time should be complete. Also - the fan is LOUD. So much so that I won't use it when I have guests, not even happy when I use it alone, but it's better than heating up my larger oven. You cannot even yell above the noise and it is automatic, so no turning the fan lower or off without turning off the oven.

Everything I wanted from a convection microwave.

I bought this almost 3 months ago and, because of its convection baking capability, I hardly ever use my gas oven. Everything has turned out well. Plus I really like that the fan turns itself on and off automatically when needed. Very intuitive. Easy to use. I like everything about this microwave.

I bought this Microwave / Convection Oven at Sears for a Kitchen renovation. The Contractor installed the appliance and it did not work. I could not return it to Sears because I had it over 30 days since purchase An appliance Technician has been to the house twice an unable to repair it. More parts have been ordered but he is still not sure if that will solve the problem. I would not recommend this product or a Sears purchase

Handle Melted!!

We bought this microwave just over 2 years ago. This handle has melted off! To purchase a replacement handle is $100. That does not include the time or expense to actually do the work. We are very disappointed by this.
