So far I am fairly happy with this Microwave, but not thrilled. The door is slightly crooked, which drives my husband crazy, and the repair man said that couldn't be fixed. Also, once in awhile, the turntable doesn't turn. The repair people said I had to wait for it to quit before they could fix it. Otherwise it is fine, even good, but I am a little concerned about the long-term quality.

Having the convection with the microwave helped save a dinner party. By mistake I turned off the main oven when I thought I was only turning off the timer. Used the convection to finish the meat. Success. I like the micro/convection. Wish the start button felt more modern but function is very good. We got the kit to go around it to give it a more built in feeling. Like that.
