Electrolux Electrolux 36" Hood Insert

If I could give 0 STARS I would. These Electrolux products are horrible! I have a hood insert over my 36" range top that the lights are blinking like disco strobe lights it's enough to case a seizure. When I turn on the fan it stops blinking. The range top isn't working properly either...the back burner will ignite but not stay on and my Electrolux dishwasher the letters on the top that say START looks like S T. letters are missing. These appliances are brand new it hasn't been a year since purchase. Over 12,000 worth of appliances that are all not working properly or having issues. Now, I am told my Vent insert has been discontinued with no alternative for replacement. Completely horrible customer service....being passed around person person dept to department. I never had these issues with GE, Samsung, LG. I would not recommend this brand to my worst enemy! Customer service does not listen to your concerns, they try to over-talk you and then have the nerve to pass you to different department to get you off the phone with them

The hood insert is still available but the fan kit has been discontinued and no longer available. Now I have a useless hood insert. Why would you continue to sell one without the other.

This hood works great, the highest speed will pull the steam away from a low profile pan easily, and the lightning is just perfect. Fan at high speed has average noise level.

GOOD BRAND/GOOD PRODUCT - VERY PLEASED WITH SELECTION

This was part of my new home build. It is basically invisible because of the low profile which is great. The multi-speed and lighting features are a plus. The blower keeps cooking odors to a minimum. Love it!
