Having some trouble keeping the cooktop cas clean as I'd like. Also cannot get the burners adjusted to go as low as I'd like for simmering.

I love my new gas downdraft Jenn-Air cooktop! All Good!

i finally graduated from the 30 inch Jenn Air downdraft electric cook top to the gas version. It is EXPENSIVE, but was the best gas option for my downdraft set up. So glad I bit the bullet...
