I bought this unit about one month ago and am very disappointed with customer service from both Frigidaire and Walmart. The unit was broken and I was unable to return it. Am out over $700.00. Will not recommend because of customer service

I bought this unit new and found it was missing the intake filter in the packaging. Called Frigidaire tech service and they said they couldn't help me or even sell me a filter because "they didn't have a part number for it".?? what's w/ thiat?
