Ours did not last 5 years and constant trouble. Now can't get $30 part to fix freezer anywhere so have to buy another refrigerator. Company no help! I will never buy another of their junk products.

Excellent basic refrigerator.

I clearly didn't pay as close attention to the features of this fridge prior to purchase. It's a good basic fridge, but why in the world wouldn't you guys have put enclosed pockets on the door instead of just a small plastic barrier?? It's not functional, doesn't really hold anything in the door, and I can't imagine that it would have cost that much more to add full pockets to the door. And the door doesn't close unless you push it closed, which is irritating. It looks nice but I should have paid more attention to the features before I bought it because I wouldn't have bought it. It doesn't even have a drawer for lunch meat!

Had to replace professional series refrigerator. Newer model is lower quality. Door clicks when opened wide. Stainless steel smudges far too easily.
