Bought 2 identical units in August of 2018. One set in Freezer mode and it has been fine , other set in fresh food mode and it is a lemon! Several repairs done including a new seal , thermostat on the front, thermistor was replaced, new compressor. It is still freezing and ruining food. We have the extended warranty through Lowe’s and cannot get anything done. So frustrating. Trying this to see if frigidaire can possibly help me out.

I've had this unit for less than a year. We had it in refrigerator mode. Two months ago the temperature in it started going up. I thought it may have been due to someone changing the setting on the control. I reset the temperature, but it soon became evident that it was having problems. I called for assistance. It has been six weeks and the problem still persists.

Disappointed and Exasperated with unit durability and parts support

Bought this unit almost 4 years ago to operate in refrigerator mode. Latter part of June 2020 it started to drop down into freezing temperatures (as low as 20F degrees. Had service call done. First call resulted in replacing control panel in door. That did not resolve issue so technician ordered a main control board assembly and thermistor. The main control came in and was installed but did not correct condition. The thermistor has not come in and has been on backorder for almost six weeks. No one in customer service nor parts department can give me an ETA. Totally frustrated. I have had refrigerators over the years and all have lasted a lot longer without the need for maintenance let alone parts support problems. Maybe that's why this unit is discontinued.

Unit quit working after just 3 years due to leaking freon. What a piece of junk. Will not purchase another item ever from this company. Junk company.
