Terrible Quality

We purchased this fridge to replace an Electrolux that was 7 years old and kept having issues thinking we were upgrading by going with Whirlpool. Big mistake!! This fridge needs to be recalled by Whirlpool. This is a known lemon and Whirlpool needs to make it right. We purchased this unit Jan 17 and had our first service call 6 months later in June 17 for the fridge not cooling. Since then its been a constant service call for either the ice maker not working or the fridge not cooling. Very disappointing. If you call Whirlpool customer service, they act like they can't see your prior service calls so I contacted the repair company today to get the entire service history.

I bought this almost 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems ever since. We have had the ice maker break within 6 months of purchase, it was delivered with a large dents, replacement parts were ordered and never received. We have had a technician come out more than 6 times in the less than 2 years we have owned the fridge due to water leaking inside the fridge underneath the drawers which is causing incredible unsanitary conditions due to standing water and mold / mildew and is constantly freezing or melting all over our items. Each time the technician has come out they "fix" the problem, and about 2 months later it continues again. STAY AWAY from this product and save yourself from the headache we have had from this "top of the line" piece of garbage.

Compre este refrigerador en Diciembre 2017 y ha sido una verdadera pesadilla!! Desde inicio nunca hizo hielo. A las pocas semanas empezo a hacer un ruido muy muy fuerte y el refrigerador dejo de enfriar, vinieron los de servicio y mandaron pedir una disque pieza que tardo como casi un mes en llegar. La cambiaron y nada, siguio fallando. Se lo llevaron a revisar y me lo regresaron funcionando por aproximadamente 1 mes. Volvio a dejar de enfriar en Mayo, volvieron a pedir otra pieza que NO era la indicada, en fin estamos ya en AGOSTO y sigo sin refrigerador!!! Pesimo servicio al cliente, aun con la garantia de fabrica no me han cambiado el producto. Una total decepcion de esta marca, yo que compre whirlpool precisamente para no batallar, que lastima que ya no hagan sus productos con la calidad de antes...... Ha sido el refrigerador mas caro que he comprado y de la peor calidad por mucho!!! Total decepcion!!
