I bought this fridge in the summer of 2016, after the first one was replaced because of noise issues i got the 2nd one a couple days later. Around the 1 year mark the fridge side stopped cooling and after checking youtube for solutions i found i was not the only one having this issue. Turns out the coils behind the crisper are frozen solid because of a design flaw. I spent hours defrosting it and cleaning up the mess from all the ice melt. 7 months later i am having the same issue. I guess my 2,000 plus for this unit was not enough for a quality unit. By the way the noise issue never went away and i just have to live with it.

We got this refrigerator as a replacement for a Kenmore Elite which was only 2 yrs old and Sears was unable to repair. So far we are very happy with it.

I love the look and the space of this fridge... but it broke twice and replaced twice in less than three years. The first time the entire coil froze up creating a lack of cold air throughout the fridge and freezer. The techs tried to melt the block of ice, but within a month the ice formed again. The local shop decided to replace the fridge. Fast forward almost two years, there is now a "fluid leak" and the coil is half cold and half melted. Because the fridge is now over a year, I have to pay for everything out of pocket. I am disappointed in this because my parents have had their fridge for over 25 years with zero problems. This is an expensive item compared to many others, and the parts are not worth it. We are going to go with a different brand in the hopes that it will last longer.

I bought this fridge on July 19, 2016 for my brand new home. In less than a year I had to call the warranty because it wasn’t cooling and we had a frozen buildup behind one of the drawers. In 3 years the tech came 4 times already and still doing the same. Worst piece of garbage.
