LG and their authorized repair contractor treated us like their most valued customer. Prompt professional and pleasant. Still love our LG refridgerator and are hoping for a long second life for it following the repair.

I WILL NOT PURCHASE AN LG APPLIANCE AGAIN. COMPRESSORS GO BAD AND ALTHOUGH UNDER WARRANTY COST NEARLY A THOUSAND IN LABOR TO REPLACE. 8 YEAR OLD REFRIGERATOR IN THE TRASH

I love my refrigerator with French doors and freezer on the bottom. Recently had a problem and the service man they sent was not only knowledgeable but very personable as well.

I purchased a complete kitchen appliance system of LG products in 2017 . The refrigerators compressor didnt last long enough for a unit that cost as much this model. I am glad I had a warranty
