Frigidaire 26.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator

I love my refrigerator. It's alot bigger than my last one

Had for less than 2 years already had it get hot in refrigerator 3 times started doing this just after warranty ran out. Lost food each time as high as food is now. I guess this is why lowes pushes so hard to buy extended warranty even though you pay so much for unit. What happened to quality products that lasted a reasonable time. This is very poor quality for what it cost.

We love our new French door refrigerator. Especially the freezer below and how well-lit it is when the door is opened.

We waited for five weeks for delivery to start, I understand the problems that shipments were having and we dealt with it like everyone else has. But the moment the refrigerator was hooked up it has had nothing but problems. Three times repair people have come out, the last time was 11/24/2021. This refrigerator is known for this problem, yet Frigidaire continues to sell it knowing there is a problem with the gasket in the back of the refrigerator part. The back freezes up around the vents and accumulates so much ice that it attaches to the shelves. The ice machine and upper part of the refrigerator drips constantly and water is everywhere. We have been dealing with this since October 2021, it is now February 2022 and the part is not in and I’m getting nowhere with customer service. They scheduled another repair for today February 23, 2022. I don’t understand what good that will do if they can’t get the part. I feel it’s a run around waiting for the one year warranty to run out. I am beyond angry with the customer service and yet have been patient, but I am at my ropes end and feel that a replacement is in order, a different model preferred.

From the date of purchase this product has not worked correctly. I as been under service since 1 week after delivery. It has been completely since Nov of 2021 which sucks because the 1 year manufacture warranty expired in Oct of 2021. You would think that if you spend 3K for a refrigerator your company would at the very least stand behind it and fix it correctly or replace. At this point I would NOT recommend this product to my worst enemy. The HOT POINT products rate higher that Frigidaire!!!!!
