Freezer has frost and ice build up, repair man put silicone along gasket edges.....hopefully that will fix problem

I've only had this a few weeks...thus far it has been a good replacement for my prior fridge which I really loved. The interior is almost exactly the same, in fact I was able to take my slide-out shelves from the old fridge and replace the stationary ones in the new one...the brackets are exactly the same. We had to set the "legs" in place since every time I pulled open the freezer drawer the whole fridge would roll from its place; that had never happened with my old fridge. The ice cubes are almost "mini" sized but thus far the ice-maker is working well. There are occasional clicking sounds from the unit. I had no problems over the entire 12 years with the prior fridge; I am hopeful that this new one does at least as well. The shiny black is very pretty and is an adequate replacement for my black glass fronted one it replaced.
