We purchased in May 2022 and absolutely loved it until we started getting error messages in late November. Since then we have not gone two full weeks without some error message disabling the ice maker and the water dispenser. We have had four service visits two different motherboard replacements and a new ice maker and still have issues. Fun fact since we are only have issues with the ice maker LG will not replace the refrigerator but instead will give you a 20 discount on a new LG refrigerator. Dont even get me started on the customer service aspect. Words cannot describe how difficult it has been with them. Even the Presidential customer service has been poor.

The Style and the flexibility of this fridge is great. Kids love the Craft Ice option and I love the space saving design.

I bought the LG refrigerator because of the option of the Ice Craft maker. The fridge is 14 months old and the Craft ice feature stop working around 12 months and I tried all the reset feature after talking with LG reps with no success. I do not use the Wi-Fi feature so I cant comment. It was a good decision on our part to by the extended warranty from HOME DEPOT and got reimburse for total purchase price plus tax. I did see on line that Ice Craft maker feature was a common problem from other customers. LG Im sure is cognizant of this problem and still sell the fridge with this inadequate feature.

While it is great to have a counter depth refrigerator that allows for more room in the kitchen the craft ice maker has never worked properly and now does not work at all. The Wi-Fi was easy to setup and allowed me to find out when doing a system check the craft ice maker wasnt working properly. I was contacted by LG service and asked for model and serial number to proceed with setting up a service call. That was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. My warranty runs out in a few weeks and Im still without craft ice. At this time Im disappointed in LG. I hope my washer dryer and TV that are all LG dont have any issues.
