I bought this dryer 2 months ago and had to learn to adjust settings. With the dryer sensor set at factory settings, the clothes came out still damp but after turning up the heat and the time to dry, it worked great! I just wish the door opened sideways instead of down. I probably should have asked when I bought it as the demo had both.

Purchased this unit to replace my stand up dryer. I really enjoy the fold down door to catch any fallen laundry when transfering from the washer. Its a game changer for us. The untuitive touch controls are fun, a little techy reward for a dryer. Super simplistic design, hoping it lasts and lasts. So far no wrinkles and dry clothes for the win.
