We had a GE for 27 years but had to have the motor replaced, it was noisey, and needed to pre rinse the dishes etc. but this little gem is so quiet you have to look at the little lights to see if it is working, I scrape the dishes and then put them in the washer and they come out absolutely clean. The amazing thing is that my copper bottom pans no longer are discolored they are bright and clean. All I can say it is amazing. After seeing my son's Matag, we were convinced that it really does what it is designed to do and more.

Dishes come out clean, shiny cutlery, and no cloudy glassware which I that with our Bosch dishwasher. The built in food disposer is a nice feature. The only small feature that I miss is the 3rd tray, it was very nice to have for the bigger knives and awkward lids.

So amazingly quiet, dishes are much cleaner

I'm very happy with my purchase. Love the stainless steel tub. It's quiet. Dishes are really clean. Can't think of anything I dislike about it.

After over 7 years of fantastic use (who knows how long before I moved in) my Maytag dishwasher finally gave out. The home warranty company replaced it with what was supposed to be a comparable unit. The top tray seems very flimsy compared to the old unit, it has tons of play instead of solidly rolling out, I’m afraid it will not last. The silverware tray is made of some sort of very soft plastic and clearly won’t last long. Maybe Maytag just isn’t making them like they used to, but I’m pretty disappointed.

I just purchased this machine one week ago. I ordered online. It is beautiful. Much more than I expected. Very quiet. My old Maytag dishwasher was 15 years old. It was still hanging in there, but this has moved is to the 21st century. I am very pleased.!!!
