Great Range but the feet on the grates break

This range is everything I need. The only issue I have is that the rubber feet that keeps the cast iron grates from resting directly on the stove surface are breaking off. How do I get replacement feet? No help from the Electrolux support web site

I purchased this about four weeks ago and not very happy about it. It's a beautiful range oven and has a lot of bells and whistles but the huge downside is the fan. Once you shut the oven off, the fan blows for well over an hour and not only isn't quiet. but it blow hot air. When I first tried the oven, I thought the oven wouldn't turn off because there is nothing in the manual about the fan. Very disappointed; the dealer did not tell me about this when I purchased the oven.

Purchased this stove about 3 months ago and it is working out very well for my family. It fits in well with rest of our kitchen (a mix of other stainless appliances) and we have received many compliments on its appearance. The build quality seems very high (the burner grates are substantial and the slide out oven racks are a nice touch). We got a great price from a local retailer and are very happy with the purchase so far.
