Bought 2 months ago. You can't simmer food. On low it is too hot and burns things. The grids are so heavy that you hate to remove them. The oven temp is way off. I hate it.

We like the look and function.I really like how hot the larger burners get. I sometimes find that I have to use the smaller burners to get to a simmer, even with larger pans. I do wish that the broiler got hotter. Overall, we are pleased.
