This oven came with the new home I purchased from a builder. While the oven works fine and the stovetop burners are good, I’m very disappointed with the knobs. I removed them to clean and the finish-apparently a silver film -came off all the knobs. This was just using soap, water and a dishcloth-nothing abrasive. I’ve had the stove 2.5 years. They look terrible and the quote I received to replace them at $45/knob is ridiculous. I saw from another review that the knobs when replaced are the same and so what is the point in spending close to $250 to replace the knobs? Very disappointing!

We purchased a new house from a builder that had this installed in his model home. Looks nice and works okay, however the control knobs are plastic with a metallic coating that melts off with the oven usage. The oven vent is right below the knobs and the heat escaping from the oven vent destroys the knobs. We have only used this oven for two and a half years and have to replace the knobs already as they are becoming unreadable. The only knobs that are available are the same thing and will not last either. This is a design flaw and there should be some other knobs that are metal to replace these. I can't see spending the money to buy the same ones every couple of years!!!!!!

I bought the stove three years ago while I was remodeling my kitchenI have had nothing but problems with it. The retailer who II bought the stove from is not following up on all issuesI wish I knew if there is a recall

Worked fine until the Electronic Control Board went on the fritz. A few weeks later the display is dark and only the stove works. Hundreds of dollars for parts and labor to fix something that didn't even last four years! No thanks, I'll be taking my future business elsewhere. Shoddy quality, Frigidaire should be ashamed!
