Quick heat-up on the burners for fast cooking

I've been, for the most part, very pleased with this oven. The good: burners are quick to heat up whatever is on them. Oven "seems" to cook evenly for items put inside unless you put something above something else (using two racks and that's to be expected). I have not tried the broil feature since I've never broiled before I have yet to take the leap (I'm eventually going to try broiling chicken). The bad: I don't know how to take the knobs off to clean them. Can't determine if the 'top' flips up to clean underneath. Can't determine how to successfully clean what's left over/baked onto the inside walls after using the self-cleaning. The black top shows off EVERY speck of dust etc so be ready to routinely clean it. Also, not sure what cleaner to use on the burner 'discs'.

I purchased a new home recently and this stove was already installed. So far I love the sleek look and design. Looking forward to buying a griddle for the fifth burner and using this gas range for this is my first time using one.

This gas stove works really well. We love the design, and the five burner stove top. The only problem with this model, is the enamel on the stove top scratches too easy.
