Looks good but loud and some major flaws

We liked the look and seems well built but that is where it ends for this oven. As others have said, the exhaust for the oven blows on top of the stove, thus heating whatever is on it and potentially burning you. The oven fan also makes a very loud hum, almost impossible to hold a conversation near it. I was told by support "this is normal operation".

This is the worst gas range I have ever had. Whenever I use the oven the amount of gas that escapes before the oven turns on makes my eyes water and gives me a headache. I don't dare use this appliance unless the doors are open. I have tried numerous times to contact Frigidaire but every time, after several "press this number if you want this," the robot tells me operators are too busy and try again another time. Also, it is pain to keep clean.
