heat came out top and heated handle to 170 degrees had to keep kids away while cooking burnt hand

This was an appliance we received in a new home purchase. It has worked great! No issues, and very easy to clean. The power pre-heat is a great feature. Definitely recommend, for those who can't or don't like to use gas.

Our 30 year old range/oven decided it was time to melt the covering on the lower oven element. So we went looking at various electric ranges and knowing we wanted to also replace our range hood with a Microwave/Range Hood we were trying to find something that we wanted (wished for). We originally were going to go with the Stainless model with black trim, but the next morning as I did some more research I found out that this model was available sooner than we had been told. Changed our order, and it was delivered on July 17th. We LOVE IT and all the features that we have to learn. But so glad that we changed to the black model as all other kitchen appliances are black. Best choice we've made in a long time!

We were searching to replace our 30 yr old stove that was my parents and looked at several different styles. Originally deciding on the Stainless model, we got home and immediately changed our minds to the black model. So glad we did as almost every other kitchen appliance is black. Looks great, and is easy to learn how to use.
