I've been using my Euro-Style Warming Drawer for several months and it works great. I've used it to warm bread, plates and keep a meal warm. It's easy to use. One inconvenient aspect of the warming drawer is if you put bread in it the crumbs will fall to the bottom of the drawer, making it difficult to clean up. I've decided to put baking sheets on the bottom to collect the crumbs.

Not much to a warming drawer but the price is a great reason to buy this one. It's about half a Wolf! I like the bread proofing mode as well. It sounds a little cheap since it's a large sheet steel drawer but it doesn't feel cheap. Like a stainless steel sink, sounds cheap but isn't! Blends in well in our new kitchen.

The warming drawer is an excellent addition to my kitchen. I don't know how I lived without one and use it all the time. I especially like the proofing setting for when I make pizza dough. From warming up serving dishes and plates to keeping foods warm, this is a wonderful tool in the kitchen. It replaced a seldom used drawer I stored never used pans, so now I use the space. Can't wait to try a brisket or slow roasted pork shoulder in it.

This is fairly new and I have not fully experimented yet. I use it for keeping things warm that I have already cooked. I use it in baking to melt chocolate and butter easily and conveniently. I don't think about it enough to warm plates which I think would be wonderful and I haven't yet used it as a slow cooker.
