We have had this microwave less than 2yrs. A few months ago the light started flickering when you open the door or it will not come on at all. Sometimes when the light is flickering it sounds like it has a electrical short. If you open the door when it is running to check your food it will continue to run with the door open, other times it does not recognize when the door is shut. This microwave is cheap made and very dangerously!

Don't buy - on 2nd one in 2 years!

Our company purchased one in 2017 (along with a Whirlpool Refrigerator, Stove, etc.) from Lowe's for our company's kitchen. Right at a year, the door wouldn't shut, nothing displayed on screen which made the unit non-usable. Got a free replacement and this one has now done the exact same thing a little over a year later. We will not purchase another one.

Came with our new skyline manufactured home. It didn't work right but called the warranty center and they are sending repair person with in 4 days. Very peasant person at the center. Love the design and features.

I thought the house was about to catch on fire. Got real hot and black smoke was pouring out the exhaust. 2 years four months old. Standard use. Model WMH31017FB. Serial number TR 63557223. Unplugged breaker off.
