The cooking element is intermittent. Can't depend on it to cook every time. Can be frustrating!! Really like the rectangular tray because I can put an rectangular pyrex casserole dish in to reheat. Can't do this with a round rotating turntable! Also have stress fractures at base of handle. I am not hard on this microwave. Live alone and don't cook a lot.

Love the glide tray!

this is the best over range micro for me! I am barely 5 ft and the old style round trays always leave me struggling to reach my coffee mug or bowl in the back of the unit. With glide tray, everything that goes in is always within my reach. Plus, it is wonderful for rectangular cookware. I'm trying to buy this unit for a second home. Now, if I can only find it! So far, my search for local stores is not successful

Really attractive unit. Looks great in my kitchen with matching Maytag oven. Super quiet. Really don't even know its heating... Great buy.

Its a great product , we like the tray the way it travels all food is hot no cold spots like some microwaves. The features specially potato cooking is great and easy to use. the fan doesn't run all the time while cooking.
