One big issue I discovered just this month after I have owned it new is the installer did not put it in correctly. Discovered this after I tried to change the charcoal filter which I could not get to. The venting system was pushed back inter the above cabinet so I have had an issue with it not venting at ALL my smoke alarm in my home kept going off had to open both my front and back door I got the 5 year warranty thank goodness from where I bought it they came out a few weeks ago and I have not heard a word as to how they will fix or replace my microwave since it is now very compromised I am not happy at this moment since I cant use my appliances until this gets resolved.
