Purchased this unit to match our Frigidaire stove during a major kitchen renovation. Very easy to use and looks great with our other Bisque-colored appliances! My only recommendation to Frigidaire is to make the LED light module in both cool white and warm white or selective. The light emitting from this unit is a cool white and does not match the warmer white with the under cabinet LED lighting that is used today in most kitchens. I suggest one LED Module that can be adjusted to the Kelvin temperature (K color 3200K to 5600K) desired. I did e-mail Customer Service, but by the response I received, the service rep did not know what I was referring to and assured me there was only one LED module for this appliance. She did her job though, and I was happy just to have received some response.

bad door design

Oven looks nice, but there is no charcoal filter, and it has a poor door design. After hiring an electrician to run a new line and install the microwave, I noticed the door was cracked at the top by the handle. The door is so thin at the top, it would happen sooner or later. Well I wasn't going to take it back down and return so I called Frigidaire (after 20 minute wait) hoping they would send a new door, but no, someone has to look at it first. Still waiting for that to happen.

Actually, this is a great 1000w unit. Really like the 1-2-3 and the +30 seconds features. Well built and installation instructions, including mounting template, sure makes it easier for a DIY type like me to install over a stove. Have had the unit for over 6 months now. Ran it thru my general everyday paces: reheat coffee/tea, defrost, make popcorn and even tried actually cooking/steaming some vegetables and frozen 4oz fish fillets with it. I'm pleased and expect to use it many more years in the future.

Easy install, works as advertised.

It was an easy install, although I wish the power cord exited a couple inches further back (at the back of the unit), it would give more clearance for items in the cabinet.like all the features.
