spend with you is geared toward providing the best possible shopping experience for you. Our professionally designed showrooms allow you to see many different brands
as if they were in your home already, with many of our showroom pieces connected to power. The beautiful Sub-Zero/Wolf Living Kitchen has over 40 pieces alone that
are 'live', and decor that is elegant and stylish.
Then Delivery...
Michael’s Appliance Center has their own delivery staff, allowing us to work with you on difficult or time-sensitive deliveries.
When you make a purchase with Michael's, Our knowledgeable sales staff
will make sure every detail of your delivery is covered; from gas conversions and door swing changes to delivery dates and times.
Michael's Appliance Center Sales and delivery staff work hard to cover the 'what ifs' and make your entire shopping experience
with us positive and enjoyable. Our delivery crew will do everything possible to get your appliance correctly placed in your home (or safely in a storage area
if that is what is requested) and will be happy to remove packing and shipping materials for disposal at our store.
To Service and Support ...
Michael’s Appliance Centers sales, parts, and service departments stand behind
every product sold in the store. We are a full service dealer offering in home
service {By our factory trained technicians} and maintain the largest and most
complete parts department in the Hudson Valley Area! Why is this important to
you? We can support our customers by standing
behind every appliance we sell and work through any service related issues, in a
timely manner, to your satisfaction. We’re not the largest appliance retailer
but our commitment to “After the sale” support and service is second to none.
Having a Service Department integrated into the company allows Michael's
Appliance Center Sales staff to work DIRECTLY with the service technician to
ensure the best possible outcome when service or manufacturer warranty issues
arise.
And Replacement parts for the DIY'er.
Michael’s Appliance Center has a fully stocked parts department for all of our
‘Do it Our Self’ customers. In fact, we have the largest parts department in the
entire area! If you have an appliance that just isn’t working up to par, we
can help. Our knowledgeable parts staff and extensive technical database allow
us to supply the customer with wiring schematics, parts breakdowns, as well as
that all-important part to get you back up and running in no time. Our parts
department is also well-versed in looking up and obtaining parts for older
appliances as well. In fact, our lookup database goes back to the 1940's, and
quite often parts are still available for these "senior" appliances! Michael's
Appliance Center Parts Department also works directly with the service
department to assure that critical repair parts are stocked to minimize down
time.
