Nice fridge TERRIBLE shelves that break easily

I have had my fridge for less than 3 years. The bottom shelve cracked just after we hit the one year point when it was no longer covered by the warranty. The door shelves began cracking after that we are not rough in our fridge this is thin cheap plastic and eventually the bottom door shelf fell down breaking multiple bottles. I think the cooling system of this fridge is great but the shelves are crap and expensive to replace. I really wish LG would replace the shelves for me I am loyal to the brand but this purchase feels like a mistake.
