I have called/emailed multiple times to set up service and still have not had any response. Has not cooled since we purchased in December 2019.

Bought this for our new house - An awesome refrigerator for beer and anything else that needs to be cold!! wish the temperature had a higher range to 60 degrees to accommodate wine

I HAVE HAD THIS UNIT FOR A FEW YEARS. HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE ELECTRONIC DOOR SENSOR THAT TURNS ON LIGHT (AND CONTROLS FAN). NOT ENGINEERED VERY WELL AND IT'S LOCATION MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO REPLACE WITH ANOTHER TYPE OF MAGNETIC SENSOR OF HIGHER QUALITY.

We've owned this unit for 3 years and have regretted the purchase ever since. We've been dealing with the constant "open door" alarm and light that comes on even after using much force (arm on top and foot on bottom) to close the door...Imagine how embarrassing it is as we struggle to close the door so the light won't stay on and the alarm sound with a house full of guests. It's to the point that we try to avoid drinking anything in the beverage center. We've done everything the customer service reps instructed us to do...clean the surface where the door gasket rests and replace the $150 gasket. Still the alarm sounds!
