We've recently been experiencing the same problem I'm reading in other reviews... there is a ton of water leaking from somewhere in the back onto the the bottom of the freezer. It was a solid block and I nearly broke the drawer trying to remove it. I just want to know how to fix this. Otherwise, (so far) the rest of it seems to be fine.

This came with a house that was a new build. worked alright for a while. didn't have the settings to high or to low but at the recommended. in the fridge- what ever was close to the freezer wall would freeze, we had to move our eggs to the other side and be mindful of what went near there so it wouldn't freeze or if it did it was ok to freeze. I have had it for less than 4 years and the ice machine went out (still broken) and water started to pool at the bottom of the freezer and freeze and is interfering with the coils in the back. NOW the water dispenser is not working when it was 10 hours ago.

I've only had this fridge for 3 years and the water dispenser is continously breaking. I paid for an extended warranty, had it repaired and the same issue is reoccurring. For months I've been trying to reach customer service and for months, the message is saying due to high call volume, we are unable to accept your call. I'm sure the high volume isn't for customers leaving compliments. So fed up with poor quality items and customer service.

We bought this fridge Two years ago and at first it was doing good. But recently the ice maker started making less ice and now I have noticed that it’s been leaking onto my floor. So not only are we going to have to fix the fridge or buy a new one, we are going to have to replace the floor!! So disappointed!!

Ice machine stopped working after about a yearall but one door shelf remains, they all cracked and broke within 2 yearsIt's loud.
