Whirlpool 33" - 22 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Accu-Chill™ System

It looks nice but didn’t work out of the box. Now here we sit living out of a cooler for over a week and no end in sight. We live 15 minutes from the factory but we are waiting over a week and they can’t get a part. Of course they will be fixing this fridge instead of replacing it. Nothing like a purchase like this knowing you got a lemon right away and now will be doomed to have issues until we replace it. Also, if you have issues with whirlpool be prepared to have to get upset and be the “ squeaky wheel “ if you want any action through customer service.

Love the French door design and the wide pull out drawer under the produce/fruit drawers. Lots of room in the freezer.

Manual says to replace water filter every 6 months. Says it is located in top right rear corner. I cannot locate a filter. Is there one on this model?

I bought this a the end of August and waited two months for the new models & model numbers to be completed. I was happy to see that it fit perfectly in the space and that it was a 22 cu.ft. capacity but was the first time for a french door refrigerator. I usually had the one door bottom freezer refrigerator. Has to get use to arranging the food in the top part and the freezer had a stationery arm to hold the ice bin and another arm that was suppose to be adjustable going opposite of the other arm. This adjustable arm was useless because it was so hard to adjust it to keep things in place I had to get a repair man to come to my house that services Whirlpool to take the arm off. It was even hard for them to get the clips free they needed to get on their hands & knees and use a screwdriver. It took two men to remove it. I just can't over the cheap quality of all refrigerators now a days. The one that was taken away the interior was heavy plastic parts and the one I bought was thin plastic inside. Even the freezer was a cheap wire bins. So I was unhappy with the quality of the interior parts in both compartments of the refrigerator. I think the cheese or bacon compartment on the bottom of the crispers is larger that actually needed too.
