I bought this in 2016 and just had to have it repaired since it stopped cooling my food. I was not happy that I had to pay for the service since it was out of warranty by 1 month.

I purchased the new refrigerator was about 1 week old and making VERY loud noise. 3 weeks before anyone can look at it 1 week and issues?? 3more weeks to get someone here to look at it??? REALLY????? NOT HAPPY

Ice Maker worked fine for several years quit about 2 years ago. Have replaced valve assembly Ice Maker assembly works OK for 36 to 48 hours. Input tube freezes solid no known remedy. Defective design apparently. Sour taste in my mouth for LG products.

Compressor had to be replaced after only 1 1/2 years very disappointed. Customer service had a great reaction time . The refrigerator is much noisier now than before the service.
