Frigidaire GALLERY™ 36" - 27.6 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator

This is a terrible refrigerator! I will never be buying a frigidaire refrigerator again! We had this fridge delivered less than 3 years ago and we were having big problems with it recently! Fridge had no cool air!! 2 technicians came and said its a leaky compressor and must be replaced! The cost is over 850 dollars to get the part and do the labor!! I called frigidaire and they said i am out of my warranty time. Are you kidding??? The life of a fridge should not be around 3 yrs!!! Well i spoke to a supervisor and i said that and she answered me back that its a man made machine so you should expect that! How terrible and terrible customer service to respond like that after spending 1500 on a fridge! She offered 50 percent off a conpressor but the labor will cost over 600 so no thank you!! Who knows what else can happen to this piece of junk! I am appalled at frigidaire for not standing behind their name or product. Please take this as a warning and do not buy a frigidaire fridge. It will not last and you will not be happy! I now have yo buy a new fridge and i will most definitely not be buying frigidaire

This refrigerator broke on Christmas day, less than 1 month after we bought it. We have had it repaired no less than 8 times since then in 4½ years. The compressor has been replaced, the fans have been replaced and pretty much every major part. It is broken again today - on the 4th of July - and we've lost our 5th full refrigerator full of food. Frigidaire won't replace this lemon unless the same part breaks 4 times in a row so we continue to lose hundreds of dollars worth of food every time it breaks. We will be buying a new refrigerator tomorrow to replace this one and we will NEVER buy a Frigidaire product again.

I bought the fridge in Aug 2016 and was really excited about it. Fridge is big, the doors are strong enough to hold a good amount of containers, and we were able to design the shelving to fit our family's needs. The freezer is a good size, but it has such a poorly designed icemaker. It is loud enough to startle us when it kicks on. When we open the freezer, ice falls to the back EVERY TIME. It either sits at the bottom of the freezer and it flies out and onto our floor. EVERY. TIME. We hadn't noticed, but apparently there was also something leaking back there. We didn't know until I couldn't open the freezer. I thought I was going to break the handle off but finally got it to open. The pic I attached is SOME of the ice I was able to chip away from the back, just underneath the freezer. Notice all the ice cubes are fused together. Not looking forward to calling tomorrow to find out it is no longer under warranty. Sigh. Not rating this fridge high because I shouldn't have to pay to fix a 2 year old appliance. I spent the $2k to buy it and expected a quality product.

I have had this refrigerator for 2 months and love it. Particularly allnof the space in the freezer section. I chose this refrigerator because I did not want all of the specialized dirt in the door features, I wanted beyond counter depth for the larger size as not everyone has an extra refrigerator, and for the finish and feel of the interior- sturdy and not cheap/flimsy.

Our new SS Frigidaire is a super upgrade in our kitchen. LOVE all the refrigerator space and shelf adjustments available. It is noisy at times...
