My unit is 6 years old and the ice maker stopped making Ice so I called a factory certified technician to diagnose and repair. Upon inspection, the unit is found to have a factory defect which is not repairable. I was still required to pay $100 for the service call. The technician was nice enough to open a case with Frigidaire to help me get my unit replaced. Frigidaire responded with an offer of a 20% rebate towards the purchase of a NEW unit. It not like I am asking for the company to repair something that broke as a part of age or wear and tear, this is a manufacturing defect which is not repairable and has nothing to do with the age of the unit. Second problem is no retailers have any refrigerators available in my area that are comparable in size or features. I believe I should be refunded the purchase price so I can go and get another unit.

I bought this Two years ago and the freezer has frozen up it that’s out on its own then re-freezes everything moisture in the refrigerator al while the temperature control panel is set exactly how it should be. Very disappointed

This refrigerator is horrible. The ice maker has been changed multiple times. It goes from melting the ice tray all over my floor, to freezing up and not producing ice and now freezing up to not allow water to be dispensed. Horrible!!

Why the popping noise on the freezer drawer?

Our freezer drawer started making loud popping noise when opened. No literature on cause or relief. What is the solution? Very disappointing.

My ice machine has been worked on and rebuilt every year for the past 4 years. My refrigerator is only 4 years old. A replacement was supposed to be on the way. I had to pay for delivery and install of new on which I have been waiting 2 weeks for. I took the day off for install appointment. The services never showed. When I called they said they rescheduled it for the next week
